NoAE's Innovation Award in the Category of "Communcation & Mobility" goes to the the Group Communication over Real-time Ethernet (CoRE) for the Design of an Intelligent Car Backbone. For more information please see the attached press release (german)

We are proud to announce the first release of our TTEthernet simulation model for the OMNeT++ Simulation Toolchain

The CoRE group released its new website. With the new webpage the working group tries to present its work in a clear structure. The design adapts the colors of the logo. All projects are now presented in short articles. The publications are listed in different categories. A new section is the media site. It shows pictures of the CoRE Lab and different events.

The prestigious Hermann-Appel-Award in the category "Electronic Development" goes to Till Steinbach for his diploma thesis "Echtzeit-Ethernet für Anwendungen im Automobil: Metriken und deren simulationsbasierte Evaluierung am Beispiel von TTEthernet".

The Hermann-Appel-Preis is endowed by the IAV GmbH and donated with 3.000 EUR per awardee. IAV is one of the leading engineering providers to the automotive industry with 4.000 employess world-wide.
